Over 30 years of teaching yoga have brought me many pleasurable memories and inspirations.

I would like to thank those who have walked this path with me over the years and those who continue to do so whether in the form of teachers, students or both.

.

About me

I'm Sue Turner and I've been practicing yoga for most of my life and teaching for over 29 years.

I was first introduced to yoga by my mother as a young child. I grew up being familiar with the postures and practice of yoga.

In my mid 20's I joined my first class. Since then my relationship with yoga has grown from strength to strength and continues to do so.  It is an integral part of my life.

The understanding that comes from the philiosophy of yoga has been a guide and inspiration to me and I would like to thank  those who have walked this path with me over the years and those who continue to do so whether in the form of teachers, students or both.

It is my wish to help as many people progress on the path of yoga because I believe that it's teachings have the answers to leading a happy and fulfilled life. They show us that the answers to our life's questions are not out there but within. Yoga teaches us to listen to the inner voice.

Over the years I have taught many styles of yoga and in many situations and places, even as far as Australia, where I have taught on teacher training courses.

Now I teach in the Birmingham area and run weekly Hatha Yoga classes from beginners to advanced from Monday to Friday and also run monthly Meditation classes and Yoga Retreats in Southern Spain.
