What to wear
Wear clothes that you can move easily in.
Don't wear tight jeans or trousers with a belt. There should be no physical restrictions. Something like leggings or gym trousers and tea shirt are perfect.

 

What to bring 
Yoga mat and yoga block.
(yoga blocks are provided if you don't have one)
Jumper and socks for relaxation as the body temperature can drop in a deep relaxation session.
Light blanket for relaxation
Small bottle of water

 

Don't eat a big meal before your yoga class. but it's ok to have a small snack.
